Important information you need to know before placing an order!

• All customs are 1 of 1. I do not recreate designs from other artists. 
• Each custom is  prepped, sealed, and painted with angelus products. 
• In terms of designs I’m focusing on more complex designs from now on. In other words designs that include backgrounds and more detailed work.
• You can request lace locks and other additional accessories to add to your shoe. If you would like to know more about that, include it in your message!

Pricing: 

• Prices begin at $500. The price covers the cost of a brand new pair of air forces and shipping within the United States.

• Prices will vary depending on the design. If you are unsure of a design I can help you come with a design at no extra cost. You can also ask to see some designs of my own that I have saved for certain anime!
• A payment plan can be created if you need, however the deposit is required up front for a fraction of the price. Once I have received the full payment I will ship out the shoes.

Shipping: 

• Shipping within the United States comes at no additional cost
• For international orders shipping will range depending on the country I am shipping to. Once you send me the necessary information I can check that for you.
• Disclaimer: I am not responsible for shipments after they have been shipped. International customers should be aware of their countries policies and fees regarding international shipments. For lost/stolen packages please contact the carrier.

The Process:

1. Once I have received your order I will create a mock up design for you so you can see how the final product would look.
2. After the design is confirmed, a deposit will be collected up front for a fraction of the price to cover the cost of the shoe and any other accessories I will need to purchase
3. All updates will be shown on my instagram story (@azzahscustoms). If you have any concerns about your design you can always reach out to me via dm or email.
4. The timing of the process will depend on the complexity of your order. It will take a minimum of 2 weeks.

Payments:

I accept Venmo or Paypal.

Once you have read all the above information the last step you need to take is to just send an email to [email protected] with the anime you’re interested in, as many details you can give me about the design and your shoe size!
